1-Year Masters Program

Service Description

Take your guitar-building skills to the next level with our immersive 1-Year Masters Program. Our deep-dive curriculum covers both acoustic and electric guitars, and students will take a ground-up approach learning everything from design fundamentals to blueprinting, jig and form building as well CAD/CAM training for design elements such as inlays . Most students complete 4-5 guitars throughout the program, and the final project is a guitar of your choosing. You'll also learn varying finish techniques, from hand-rubbed French polish to spray finishes. This program is cumulative in nature and is perfect for hobbyists, novice and intermediate builders, and aspiring luthiers looking to take their skills to the next level. *This program runs 10 months, full-time, Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30 following a typical academic schedule (stats and holidays will be forwarded to registered students).
